Last Updated: October 2023

Welcome to UK Quest Frontier ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, ukquestfrontier.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.

1. Nature of Our Services

UK Quest Frontier operates as an independent review and discovery portal for free-to-play browser-based multiplayer online games (MMOs). We do not host, develop, or manage the games listed on our platform. When you click on a game link, you will be redirected to the official website of the respective game publisher, where their own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies will apply.

2. User Obligations

When using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information if you use our contact forms.
• Use the site for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• Not attempt to disrupt the operation of the website, its servers, or its network.
• Not use any automated systems (such as bots or scrapers) to extract data from our portal without prior written consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The layout, design, text, and unique graphics on UK Quest Frontier are our exclusive property and are protected by copyright laws. The game names, logos, screenshots, and artwork featured in our catalog are the intellectual property of their respective publishers and developers. They are used here under fair use principles for review and directory purposes.

4. Affiliate Links and Monetization

As disclosed in our footer, UK Quest Frontier may participate in various affiliate marketing programs. This means we may earn a commission when users click on certain links and register for games or make in-game purchases on third-party sites. This does not affect our editorial independence or the reviews we provide.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UK Quest Frontier and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our website.
• Any interactions, transactions, or gameplay experiences you have on third-party gaming websites linked from our portal.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

We provide our content on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind.

6. Third-Party Websites

Our website contains links to third-party gaming platforms. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions of any site you visit through our portal.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
